This policy explains cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling for sightseeing tours booked online for consumers in Ukraine.
This policy applies to sightseeing tours offered by talentgridrecruitmentality.com (LLC) through online booking and other distance communication channels.
To cancel or request a change, contact us by email or phone (details in the footer). Eligibility and available options depend on how much time remains before the tour start time:
If you cancel after the tour starts, no refund is provided.
If we need to change or cancel a tour (for example, due to force majeure or operational reasons), we will offer one of the following options where reasonably possible: (a) rescheduling to another date, or (b) a refund of the booking price.
We will not be responsible for failure to perform where caused by force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Where affected, we will provide the options in Section 4.
Refunds are made to the original payment method when possible. The processing time depends on the payment provider and may take additional time after we confirm the refund.
