1. Scope and acceptance

By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you place a request or booking/inquiry, you agree that the submitted information is accurate and complete.

2. Tour information accuracy and availability

We provide tour details, schedules, and descriptions on the site as information for consumers. Availability, timing, and included services may change due to operational reasons, provider updates, weather and force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that every advertised option will remain available. Before or at the time of conclusion of the distance consumer agreement, we make available the required seller/provider identity and contact details and the consumer-relevant pre-contract information.

3. Pre-contract information for distance agreements (Ukraine)

For distance consumer agreements, we ensure the consumer receives required pre-contract information, including commercial and contractual terms, so the consumer can make an informed choice. Relevant legal references: Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (10.06.1991 № 1023-XII) Article 13.

If applicable to the seller’s disclosure obligations under the distance-sale rules, we also comply with Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (10.06.1991 № 1023-XII) Article 19.

For consumer dispute handling and out-of-court resolution mechanisms, we refer to Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (10.06.2023 № 3153-IX) provisions on complaints and out-of-court resolution mechanisms.

4. Electronic commerce and provider identification

Where you conclude a transaction online, we provide direct, simple, stable access to required seller/provider identity and contact details before/at the contract conclusion. Legal reference: Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (03.09.2015 № 675-VIII) Article 7.

5. Personal data processing

We process your personal data in compliance with applicable Ukrainian rules. You are informed about the purposes of processing, the legal basis (including consent where required), and your rights regarding personal data.

6. Tourism consumer information

As a tour operator for tourist services, we provide clear terms and comprehensive information that enables a conscious choice by consumers.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution (UA)

If you have a complaint, contact us at the details in the footer. We will review your complaint in line with applicable rules.

8. Language of consumer information

Consumer-facing information is made available in the state language in accordance with the general obligation on ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language.

9. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, actions or omissions of third-party service providers, or issues arising from the consumer’s incorrect information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable Ukrainian law.
